Anger. It’s an emotion we all experience, yet often struggle to express in a healthy way.
We’re told we shouldn’t be angry, made to feel our anger is “too much” or often taught from a young age that anger is bad.
But the truth is, there are so many gifts underneath our anger. And if we can learn how to turn our attention inwards and see what’s really going on, we can remember that our anger can be an empowering force in our life rather than a destructive one.
