Sound baths for teams.

An hour of quiet your team will talk about all week.

Talk to us about your team

We have been in every kind of room.

And we prepare for a room of ten the same way we prepare for a thousand.

You have been asked to find something for the team.

An offsite, a wellness week, a thank you after a hard quarter. Now it is your name on it, and it has to land with everyone in the room.

We have done this a few hundred times, for rooms exactly like yours. You book the hour. We make sure you are the one people thank.

Nobody is asked to do anything.

Everyone gets comfortable, in a chair or on the floor, in whatever they wore to work. We take the room through a short meditation and a visualization, then the sound arrives last, mostly crystal bowls, tuned to specific frequencies. Nobody goes round the circle. Nobody has to share anything or believe anything.

Why it works, if someone asks.

Your team has been in Beta since nine this morning: alert, focused, thinking hard, and nothing in an ordinary day brings anyone back down. A sustained tone does what music and a break do not. It gives the whole room somewhere lower to go, at the same time.

  • Beta

    12 to 35 Hz

    Alertness · Concentration · Thinking

  • Alpha

    Visualization · Trance · Dreaming

  • Delta

Ranges shown are standard EEG bands.

People go quiet afterwards, and then talk about it for the rest of the week.

Wherever your team is, there is a way to do this.

Some things are meant to remain human.

Skip the wellness tools that never get used. This is two people, in the room or on the call, playing for your team and reading them the whole time. We could have become an app years ago. We chose not to.

We never left the boardroom.

We just changed what happens in it.

Between us, thirty years in corporate. Jennifer was a VP at The Body Shop. Steve was in management at Sony Music.

We know how a room like yours works, what the people in it are carrying by Thursday, and what one hour can do for them.

The questions we actually get.

What does it cost?
Sessions start at $1,000. What moves it is the size of the group, how long you want, and whether we are travelling to you. Zoom sits lower. Tell us the shape of it and we will give you a number, not a form.
How long is a session?
Thirty minutes to an hour. Thirty fits between meetings, an hour suits an offsite. We build it around your day.
How many people can you do?
Ten around a boardroom table, or a few thousand in a hall. Same format either way. Larger rooms need sound, and we will work with you on what the space requires.
What do you need from us?
A room with space for people to sit or lie down. We bring the instruments and handle setup and breakdown. People come as they are, straight from their desk.
Does anyone have to lie on the floor?
No. People stay in their chairs if they prefer, and plenty do. Nobody is moved, corrected or asked to adopt a position.
Is it religious or spiritual?
No. There is no chanting, no going round the circle, and nobody is asked to share anything or believe anything.
What if some of the team are sceptical?
Every room has a few, and that is fine. One of us was a sceptic too. Two of us run the session, so one leads while the other reads the room, and making people comfortable is the part we take most seriously.
Do companies have you back?
Most do. Some once a year, some every month.

Tell us about your team.

An hour of quiet they will talk about all week. Tell us where they are, how many, and when, and you will hear back from one of us, not a sequence.
