We’re told we shouldn’t be angry, made to feel our anger is “too much” or often taught from a young age that anger is bad.

But the truth is, there are so many gifts underneath our anger. And if we can learn how to turn our attention inwards and see what’s really going on, we can remember that our anger can be an empowering force in our life rather than a destructive one.

Join us for this transformative deep dive, where we’ll harness the power of community, sound and guided visualization to help you identify and remove the mental and emotional blocks preventing you from expressing your anger in a more purposeful way. You’ll leave with a new understanding of anger that will equip you with the tools you need to channel this potent emotion into positive change.
