Join us for a COME:UNITY sound bath in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month to celebrate our growth and commitment to our mental and emotional well-being everyday.
This will be an opportunity for you to take some time to re-connect, re-charge, and acknowledge how far you’ve come by receiving a nourishing and restorative guided visualisation and sound bath. Sound baths are an effective way to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, enhance creativity and strengthen our immune systems by tuning into our bodies.
There’s absolutely no previous meditation experience necessary. These experiences are designed for anyone and everyone – from those who have a regular practice to those who have never meditated or experienced a sound bath a day in their life. Don’t forget your headphones!
