WHAT WE DO

We’re on a mission to improve mental health in the workplace by re-imagining what wellness programming looks like. We’ve spent our careers in the corporate world and understand how stress and anxiety in the workplace affect overall well-being. We work with our clients to create live customized virtual experiences using sound and meditation that help teams pause so that they can feel more connected, productive, focussed and happier.

HOW TO WORK WITH US

Our health and wellness seminars and experiences are designed to help organizations and teams feel better supported with the knowledge and tools they need to stay mentally fit, healthy, productive and connected – whether working virtually or in the office.

Seminars range between 30-60 minutes, making them ideal for team building experiences, as company lunch & learns, or as part of broader HR wellness programming initiatives.
