Frequency: 30 minute sessions/1x weekly or bi-weekly. Pause+Expand will work with your company to determine ideal timing based on recurring company meetings and existing schedules.
How it works: All sessions are performed live via Zoom (link to be provided by Pause+Expand). Session topics can be set in advance or up to 1 week before each session date to accommodate changing company needs. Pause+Expand to send information about topic sessions to include in invitation to employees. All employees will be advised to bring headphones and find a space to join that is free of distractions.
