How much does a corporate sound bath cost?
A corporate sound bath usually costs between $500 and $2,000 for a live session of thirty to sixty minutes. With us, a session in your office starts at $1,000, and a session over Zoom starts at $500. Where you land depends on the size of the group, how long you want, and whether we are travelling to you.

Three things set the price
- The size of the group
- Up to fifty people, a session in your office starts at $1,000. Past fifty, we quote it on the room.
- Where your team is
- Over Zoom starts at $500, however many cities your team is spread across. In person, travel anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area is included. Beyond an hour's drive, we agree travel with you before anything is booked.
- How long
- Thirty minutes fits between meetings. An hour suits an offsite. A half day or a full day is quoted on its own.
Everything comes with us
We bring the bowls and every instrument. Mats and cushions come too if you want people on the floor; tell us when you book. In a conference hall we patch into the sound system that is already there and work with the venue's audio team.
You need a room. That is the whole list.
What it works out to per person
At $1,000 for fifty people, that is $20 each.
For context, Mental Health Research Canada found in 2025 that 39% of Canadian employees feel burnt out, and that burnout costs employers between $5,500 and $28,500 per employee each year. That is the problem the wellness budget is there for. A sound bath is one of the few things on that line that happens with the whole team in the same room, at the same time.

Ongoing programmes have their own rate
Some teams book us once. Others book us every week; Adobe has had a standing session with us since 2022. A weekly or monthly programme is priced differently from a one-off session, at a preferred rate, and built around your calendar.
Booking takes one message
Tell us where your team is, how many, and when, and you hear back from one of us with a number. Pay however suits your finance team: invoice, e-transfer or credit card. We fill in any vendor or procurement forms; just send them over.
If your date moves, we move with it and work out what is fair. The relationship matters more to us than any one booking.

- Is a Zoom session as good as being in the room?
- It is different, and for a spread-out team it is often better. Everyone hears it in stereo on their own headphones. We started over Zoom in 2020 and still run sessions every week.
- Do you charge for travel?
- Not anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area. Beyond an hour's drive, we agree it with you before anything is booked.
- Is there a minimum group size?
- No. A small team starts at the same rate as a team of fifty.
- Can we book a series?
- Yes. Weekly and monthly programmes have a preferred rate.
