The importance of visualizing what we want more of in our lives allows us to more clearly take steps to achieving that vision for ourselves.

During this deep dive, we’ll use the power of journaling, sound and guided visualization to support your mind and body to become more aware and present, offering you space to get clarity on what you desire more of in 2023. There will also be facilitated breakout circles to connect and share our visions and desires with each other and keep us accountable to our goals.
