Join Steve to Kickstart your week every Monday morning with a 30 minute uplifting mindset exploration to give you a clear focus for the week ahead. During each Kickstart, Steve employs unique mindset exercises to push your thinking and give you prompts to get you curious about what you want to accomplish for the week ahead. Each session explores your relationship to three areas – the world, others and yourself. Sessions include journaling prompts, short meditations, and an energizing sound bath.
