If you’ve ever done a yoga class or you’ve participated in some of our meditations where we tune into the body, you’ve likely heard the term “Chakras”.
But what are your chakras and why should you care about them?
Chakras are energy centers that run from the crown of your head to the base of your spine and correspond to various organs and nerves in the body. But they’re much more than that – your 7 chakras represent major energy centres in your emotional body that store and house information, beliefs and feelings.
When your chakras are open and aligned, your energy can flow freely, allowing you to feel grounded, confident and connected to your intuition and greater purpose.Simply put, developing an awareness and clearing imbalances/blocks in your chakras (or energy) can lead to an improved emotional state and eventually wiser life choices.
During this deep dive, we’ll cover what each of the chakras is responsible for and how they impact your emotional and physical well-being. We’ll use the power of sound and guided visualization to help you feel into and explore each of these energy centres within yourself, to learn where you might be stuck or blocked and to charge these energy centres so that you can feel more empowered, confident and connected to your higher wisdom.
